At Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we are seeking a Senior Manager - Trading & Customer Insights to lead a team of Insight Analysts and serve as a trusted partner to senior Trading and Revenue stakeholders. You’ll turn complex customer and web data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence trading strategy, performance and growth opportunities.
This is a high impact role for someone who enjoys combining deep analysis with strong storytelling, leadership and commercial acumen.

- Lead the interpretation of large, complex datasets to deliver clear, actionable commercial insights for senior stakeholders
- Translate questions from Trading teams into insight-led analysis (reactive), while also proactively identifying growth and optimisation opportunities using data
- Work closely with Trading leadership, including Heads of Revenue, CRO and CCO, to influence decision-making through insight and recommendations
- Manage priorities across multiple insight requests, ensuring focus on highest commercial value
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Insight Analysts (6-7 people at varying levels)
- Partner with the wider Customer Analytics & Data and Marketing teams to ensure aligned insight across the business
- Act as a trusted senior stakeholder, confidently presenting insight and recommendations in a concise, compelling way
- Proven experience analysing complex datasets and turning them into meaningful, commercially valuable insights
- Strong track record of making data-backed recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes
- Experience working in a commercial insight or analytics role, ideally supporting Trading, Revenue or Customer functions
- Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate insight to senior, non-technical stakeholders
- Leadership experience, with a coaching mindset and the ability to motivate and develop analysts
- Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at senior leadership level
- Background in either Customer Data or Web/Digital Analytics (both desirable but not essential)
- Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic, results-focused approach
