This is a role for someone who understands the specialty or wholesale insurance space and wants to be at the center of that transformation. You will take ownership of key client relationships, help bring new customers onto the platform, and play a direct role in how the industry evolves through technology.
You will not just manage accounts. You will shape how clients use a growing insurtech platform that is changing how business gets done across the market. You will work closely with brokers, carriers, and internal teams, giving you a broad view of the market and real influence over how clients succeed. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring strong retention and long term value
- Lead the onboarding of new customers, from initial engagement through contracting and go live
- Act as the main point of contact for your accounts on all non technical matters
- Run platform demonstrations and support training sessions for both new and existing clients
- Partner with integrations and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Identify opportunities to expand platform usage and drive additional revenue
- Track account activity, revenue projections, and performance using CRM and reporting tools
- Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on progress and outcomes
- Support senior stakeholders including commercial and platform leadership as needed
- Experience in the London specialty or wholesale insurance market
- Background as a broker, underwriter, or account manager within insurance
- Strong understanding of how risk is placed between brokers and carriers
- Confident communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust
- Commercial awareness and a client first mindset
- Experience using CRM systems and working in structured, target driven environments
- Interest in technology and how it is changing the insurance market
