About Us

High Time Foods makes high-protein everyday food - products and ingredients built for Indian kitchens. Clean label, packed with protein and actually tasty.

We started in Boston, and are now building our India business out of Mumbai. We serve restaurant chains, QSRs, cafés, and cloud kitchens who want to put more protein on their menus.

India is the diabetic capital of the world and one of the most protein-deficient countries on the planet. We want to change that - one menu at a time.

The Role

You are the culinary face of High Time Foods in India. Your kitchen is every kitchen in Mumbai.

On any given day you'll be:

  • Cooking our products in someone else's kitchen to show chefs how they work
  • Developing finished dishes with our protein as the base - tikkis, momos, samosas etc
  • Support lead conversion through product trials, tasting sessions, and pilot runs
  • Identify new business opportunities within HoReCa, QSR chains, cloud kitchens, and café formats
  • Training kitchen staff so the product actually stays on the menu after you leave
  • Coming back to our Andheri R&D kitchen to experiment with new recipes and formats
Who We're Looking For

We don't care if you're 21 and just finished culinary school, or 40 with 15 years in restaurant kitchens. We care that you love food.

You'll do well here if you:

  • Love food and love talking about it with other chefs
  • Understand how an Indian kitchen actually runs
  • Can explain things simply - no jargon
  • Have the energy for 2-3 kitchen visits a day across the city
  • Want to build something from scratch

Not for you if: you want to stay behind one stove, don't like talking to people, or need a fully defined role before you start.

Compensation & Growth

₹5–8 LPA + ESOPs. A culinary school grad and a 10-year chef will land at different points in the range.

Grows into Culinary Lead / Head of Chef Partnerships as we scale.
