What you can expect:

  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and identify emerging issues early on
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure clients’ expectations are met and feedback is utilized for product improvement
  • Provide training, resources, and support for clients to successfully achieve their goals with i-flow solutions
  • Regularly report and track customer satisfaction, usage data, and retention metrics
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to build long-term relationships and strengthen trust in our solutions

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present and communicate at various organizational levels
  • Solution-oriented mindset and approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
  • Knowledge of the IIoT and data management industry is a plus
