What You Will Do

Within the technical team, and working directly with the CTO, you’ll be in charge of developing, coordinating, and managing various technical projects for both product development and R&D purposes. This mission will include (but is not limited to) the following:

• Create management and communication plans and processes.
• Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.
• Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.
• Participate in budget and staff allocation for the project.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to validate technical milestones and documentation.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to confirm references and orders.
• Maintain project timeframes, budget estimates, and status reports.

What We Look For

• 5 to 10 years of experience in technical project development or engineering project management, preferably in the automotive or water treatment industries.
• Technical knowledge of thermal processes and machine design and manufacturing, including mechanical and electrical design.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Autonomous, curious, and resourceful.
• Team player, self-motivated with an impact-driven spirit.
• Good command of French and English, both oral and written.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Scientific curiosity and willingness to get involved in a project involving various core competencies.
