We're seeking a skilled and motivated HRIS Manager to play a crucial role in optimizing our HR systems and processes. You will be the architect of our HR technology landscape,ensuring our systems are robust, user-friendly, and support our growth. Key Responsibilities:
Creation of HR Systems and Data Architecture
Implement an HR system and data architecture that ensures integration and automation of processes. Analyze the company’s current systems to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Process Automation
Optimize HR processes through automation and system integration, including implementing automated workflows for various HR functions in collaboration with an extended HR team.
Data Management and Quality Assurance
Conduct a review of existing data and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across all HR functions. Introduce and implement HR systems to manage data processes effectively. Develop standards for data entry and update frequency. Conduct regular data quality checks.
Reporting Framework Development
Implement standardized reporting systems to monitor key HR metrics, such as performance, turnover, and employee engagement. Provide tailored reports for different stakeholders.
Technology Utilization and User Training
Collaborate with IT to maintain HRIS functionality and continuously improve user experience. Train teams to ensure effective tool usage. Leverage tools like Tableau and HRIS platforms for data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field.
4+ years experience in HRIS management and process optimization.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data visualization tools. Experience with
Greenhouse and Lattice platforms is highly desirable.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proven ability to balance the interests of multiple stakeholders and manage communications efficiently.
Familiarity with compliance requirements such as GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
Excellent communication and training abilities. Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage.
Expected Outcomes in the First 90 Days:
Conduct a comprehensive audit of current HR systems and data processes, identifying key strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement.
Develop and present an actionable roadmap for implementing a unified HR systems architecture.
Deploy Lattice as HRIS for Fundraise UP.
Establish initial standards for data entry, update frequency and system usage, and conduct training sessions for relevant teams.
Deliver a preliminary set of standardized reports on key HR metrics to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and usability.
Expected Outcomes in 3-12 Months:
Fully implement a scalable HR systems and data architecture that integrates with existing company systems.
Automate key HR workflows, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, to enhance operational efficiency. Roll out advanced reporting frameworks, providing tailored insights to various stakeholders and improving decision-making capabilities.
Maintain compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR through regular system audits and updates.
Establish a centralized ownership model for HR tools, complete with guidelines and training for efficient use across the organization.
Ensure measurable improvements in data quality and consistency, supporting a culture of data-driven decision-making.
