For our customer we are looking for a Head of Product

Your Responsibilities

What you will own and drive:

- Define and execute product strategy: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with Scompler’s business objectives and market opportunities.

- Lead and mentor the product team: Manage and grow a team of high-performing product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.

- Deliver exceptional product outcomes: Prioritize initiatives that maximize value for customers and the business, leveraging qualitative insights and quantitative data.

- Ensure cross-functional alignment: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, customer success and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and go-to-market success.

- Establish and refine product management processes: Build and continuously improve frameworks, tools, and workflows that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and consistency across the product organization.

### About you

You will be a great match if you have:

- 8+ years of experience in product management.

- At least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Extensive experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of scaling complex platforms.

- Strategic vision and execution focus: You can align long-term strategy with actionable goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

- Data-driven decision-making: You skillfully use metrics and user insights to inform priorities and evaluate impact.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills: You inspire teams, align stakeholders, and foster collaboration across departments.

- Strong technical understanding of product architecture, APIs, and integrations, allowing you to guide technical discussions effectively.

- Fluency in German and English.
