Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and deploy new features and projects

● Collaborate with stakeholders and present demos

● Investigate and resolve technical issues to enhance system stability

● Mentor and onboard team members

Qualifications

● 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead

● 4+ years of backend development experience

● 4+ years working with GoLang

● 1+ years of experience with React

● Strong expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript

● Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (MariaDB, MongoDB, Redis)

Nice to Have

● Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS)

● Knowledge of Scrum methodology

● Experience with Node.js
