Who are we looking for?

A forward-thinking Tech Lead with a strong technical foundation, natural leadership skills, and a passion for solving complex problems. You’re not just a coder — you’re a builder, a mentor, and a strategic thinker.

What professional skills are important to us?

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams
• 4+ years of backend development experience, including 4+ years with GoLang
• At least 1 year working with React, and proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript
• Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MariaDB, MongoDB, Redis)
• Bonus points for experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS), Node.js, and Agile/Scrum frameworks

What will you do in the project?

• Design, develop, and deploy new features and core infrastructure
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver results
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize for performance and scalability
• Lead and mentor engineers, onboard new teammates, and elevate team standards
• Champion innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
