Project: Consumer-AI Subscription Apps

Build and iterate next generation of consumer wellness apps - shipping polished React Native features at startup speed while pioneering agent-assisted coding workflows that keep quality high and lead-time low.

• End-to-end MVP app and end-to-end feature development in React Native + TypeScript (mobile + shared web modules).
• Integrate LLM and voice-AI capabilities (OpenAI, Whisper, LangChain/LangGraph) directly into the client experience.
• Extract functionality from these apps to build shared infrastructure and platform code to be used as a springboard for our next products
• Design, prototype and automate agentic coding pipelines (Copilot / GPT function-calling scripts that scaffold components, tests and localisation).
• Partner with design, growth and product to release A/B experiments weekly; instrument analytics with PostHog / Segment. With feature flags we can test earlier.
• Guard performance, accessibility and 60 fps animation across iOS & Android; set up CI/CD for over-the-air updates (Expo EAS or fastlane).
• Mentor incoming engineers; contribute to “Company Engineering OS” (coding standards, prompt libraries, docs).

• 5+ years building production React Native consumer apps with >100k MAU and high App-Store ratings.
• Opinionated about state management (Zustand, Redux, Recoil) and typed GraphQL or REST.
• Proven track record of shipping subscription or in-app-purchase flows and optimising mobile paywalls.
• Daily driver of AI-powered tooling (ChatGPT, Copilot, Cody, custom bash/Python agents) and excited to push agentic development further.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, biased to action, measure success in business KPIs as much as code quality.
• Bonus: native iOS/Android chops, animations with Reanimated / Skia, or experience in React-Native-Web.

• Small, senior team shipping to production every week.
• “You build it, you own it” on-call ethos—but we optimise for sustainable hours.
• Fully remote; EU time-zone overlap preferred.

Competitive salary + meaningful equity (exact range shared in first call). You’ll be one of the earliest engineers; success here scales with our first title’s ARR trajectory
