Project Our Client, a top-5 global management consulting firm trusted by hundreds of Fortune 500 companies, is developing an innovative platform to optimize promotional activities for retail and consumer goods companies. The solution collects and validates retail promotion data, analyzes promotion effectiveness, and supports planning of promotion calendars. It integrates seamlessly with ERP and CRM systems, enhances vendor collaboration, and leverages machine learning to maximize promotional ROI. This tool enables data-driven decisions that drive sales growth, profitability, and stronger vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to drive improvements;
• Ensure product development aligns with business strategy and client objectives;
• Represent the customer’s voice, focusing on usability and value creation;
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, distributed environment;
• Big plus: Experience in retail and e-commerce.

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

• 5+ years of experience;
• Experience in business analysis, preferably within retail and e-commerce sectors;
• Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and product specifications;
• Demonstrated experience in defining and owning product roadmaps for data-driven, scalable solutions;
• Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and data science.
