That’s why we’re opening a new role: Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this position, you’ll join our global recruiting team and work side by side with hiring managers and technical experts across the company. We’re building a distributed, results-driven team where impact comes first.
Your mission: deliver both an exceptional candidate experience and fast, effective hiring.
This is a full-time role for someone who loves finding top tech talent, thrives on solving “needed yesterday” challenges, and enjoys matching people not just to roles but to a culture. We’re looking for someone who is organized, empathetic, results-oriented, and genuinely passionate about building world-class teams.
What You'll Do
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process: identify, engage, and guide candidates through to the offer stage.
• Source talent creatively across social media platforms, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Represent our company with professionalism and integrity at every step.
• Partner with hiring managers and technical experts to run smooth interview processes.
• Join interviews to provide expert feedback on soft skills.
• Own candidate communication throughout the journey - keeping them informed, engaged, and motivated.
• Shape and present compelling job offers in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective talent for future opportunities.
• Constantly explore new sourcing methods and channels in the competitive tech talent market.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including at least 2 years in the IT industry.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, IT roles, development methodologies, and latest trends
• Genuine interest in technology and ability to thrive in a competitive talent market.
• Strong experience with social networks and internet recruiting tactics.
• Expertise in soft skills assessment.
• Proven ability to create a positive candidate experience and help individuals see themselves thriving in a new role.
• Excellent negotiation skills - knowing what and how to sell to each candidate.
• Adaptability in shifting priorities and fast-moving environments.
• Self-driven and skilled at managing multiple positions at once.
• Bilingual, fluency in English is a must.
