Identity AI Labs, a fast-growing AI startup in the UAE, is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and scale emotionally intelligent AI systems. You will play a key role in shaping ML pipelines and ensuring their robustness, scalability, and efficiency. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with expertise in PyTorch, Hugging Face, and Transformers.
• Solid understanding of data science principles and ML fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with big data tools (Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, GCP BigQuery, AWS Redshift, etc.).
• Knowledge of workflow management tools (Airflow, Argo Workflows, Kubeflow).
• Proficiency in batch, micro-batch, and streaming data processing.
• Practical experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with MLOps platforms (SageMaker, Vertex AI, MLFlow, TFX, Kubeflow).
• Fluent English (B2+).

Preferred:

• Experience with LLMs, computer vision, STT/STS/TTS applications.
• Certifications in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Previous startup experience.
