We are seeking an innovative, motivated, and skilled DevOps Engineer to join Bratislava R&D Office and play a key role in automating, scaling, and securing our next-generation AI solutions. Our client is a fast-growing startup focused on NLP and agentic RAG pipelines, and they value engineers who are passionate about infrastructure, automation, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI, ML, and NLP projects.
• Provision and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure for development and production.
• Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Support containerized and orchestrated deployments for agentic RAG and NLP workloads.
• Collaborate with AI/MLOps engineers to streamline development and deployment workflows.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.
• Document and continuously improve DevOps practices and procedures.
• Ensure security, compliance, and reliability of production systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Hands-on expertise with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, EKS).
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred, GCP or Azure welcome).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch).
• Familiarity with security best practices for cloud and container environments.
• Experience supporting data-intensive and AI/ML workloads.
• Intermediate+ written and spoken English.

Optional / Bonus:

• Exposure to agentic RAG pipelines, LangGraph, or LangChain.
• Experience with MLOps tooling and workflows.
• Knowledge of Graph Databases or ontologies.
• Certification(s) in AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps.
