Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Technical Architect to play a vital role in innovative projects within the manufacturing sector. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes, design architecture, and ensure successful delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture and strategy, collaborating with Business Analysts, Consultants, the Implementation team, and stakeholders to define scalable, future-ready solutions.
  • Lead technical architecture activities such as developing solution blueprints, establishing governance standards, and guiding project teams through implementation.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership—mentoring developers in declarative and programmatic tools (Apex, LWC, Aura, JavaScript), performance tuning, and org-wide best practices.
  • Utilize analytical, process, and technical skills to meet project objectives and deliverables that are self-directed and within project scope.
  • Lead integration design, ensuring robust, secure, and maintainable patterns.

Baseline Requirements

  • 7+ years in technology consulting and enterprise or solution architecture.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Proven track record designing enterprise-scale solutions and defining architecture strategy.
  • Salesforce System Architect and Application Architect certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; multi-cloud experience is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, large data volumes, and performance optimization.
  • Expertise in integration patterns, middleware tools, and API design.
  • Skilled with version control (Git), Salesforce DX, and modern development tools (VS Code).
  • Ability to translate business and IT requirements into clear technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical teams and C-level stakeholders.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and passionate about technology and knowledge sharing.
  • English B2+; other European languages are a plus.
