About the Role

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who is comfortable owning design work end-to-end and switching between projects across different domains.

You’ll work on multiple client-facing products (both B2B and B2C), partnering directly with clients, product owners, and engineers. The role sits at the intersection of UX thinking and strong execution: discovery, research, prototyping, high-fidelity UI, and hands-on support during development.

You’ll join a mature design team that values reasoning, experimentation, and research-driven decisions. Designers here don’t just execute tasks – they influence product direction, challenge assumptions, and help teams make better decisions early. Key Responsibilities:

UX & Product Design

• Work directly with clients to understand business goals, challenge assumptions, and extract clear, actionable requirements.
• Lead or contribute to Discovery phases, planning and conducting research to reduce product and business risk.
• Create rapid, testable prototypes to validate ideas early, including AI-assisted exploration where appropriate (e.g. Figma Make AI).
• Design high-fidelity UI in Figma with strong attention to detail, consistency, and usability.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on solutions based on insights and measurable outcomes.
• Own design decisions end-to-end – from early exploration through development support and refinement.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Partner closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure design decisions support business goals, not just usability.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure shared understanding and high-quality implementation.
• Support the development phase by clarifying design intent, reviewing implementation, and resolving design-related questions.
• Take initiative, work independently, and proactively move projects forward.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing quality or focus.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
• Proven experience working on both B2B and B2C products.
• Experience leading or owning Discovery phases (independently or with support).
• Experience working within Agile, cross-functional product teams.
• Ability to create strong UX concepts from scratch (analytical thinking + design maturity).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components and AI-assisted features.
• Solid understanding of user research methods and usability testing.
• Ability to translate requirements into rational, scalable design solutions.
• Experience supporting development during implementation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, UI, and research work.
• Ability to clearly communicate and defend design decisions using logic and evidence.
• Empathy toward users and stakeholders, translated into concrete design decisions.
• Comfort working directly with clients and presenting design work.
• Fluency in both Russian and English for confident communication with clients and teams.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working with or maintaining design systems (tokens, atomic design).
• Domain experience in Healthcare, Fintech, or AI.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted or “vibe” coding tools (e.g. Lovable).
