About the Role

Our Demand Generation Team, powered by AI and outreach automation, is building a unique growth engine to scale our business faster and smarter. We’re now expanding the team and looking for a talented Demand Generation Specialist to join us and play a key role in driving our growth.

In this position, you’ll use tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Clay to research and collect lead data, then feed it into our automated LinkedIn outreach system to launch messaging sequences. You’ll manage replies, nurture prospects until they’re ready for a call, and smoothly hand them over to the Sales Manager — turning outreach into real sales opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Search and export contacts using tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and similar platforms.
  • Upload leads into automated outreach systems (e.g., Lemlist, GetSales, Reply.io) and set up LinkedIn/email sequences.
  • Plan and test hypotheses for improving outreach and conversion rates.
  • Write multi-step outreach sequences for LinkedIn and email campaigns.
  • Manage responses and nurture prospects until they are ready for a call, then handoff to the Sales Manager.
  • Follow up with previously engaged contacts to reinitiate conversations.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM (HubSpot or similar).
  • Report on KPIs and suggest improvements based on performance.

What We Expect from You

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation targeting USA, UK, and Western Europe.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and similar prospecting tools.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms such as Lemlist, GetSales, Reply.io, etc.
  • Ability to independently plan and test hypotheses for outreach strategies.
  • Skilled in contact research and filtering, including applying advanced filters and excluding irrelevant contacts.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches.
