About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join a globally operating, product-driven fintech company that serves a large and active international user base.

This is not a typical frontend role. You will be working on high-scale, real-time, data-intensive applications where performance, reliability, and user experience directly impact business outcomes and user decisions.

The product operates in a consumer-facing, transaction-heavy environment, requiring strong engineering judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to build interfaces that handle complexity at scale.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive, performant, and resilient user experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain modern frontend applications using React (primary) and TypeScript
• Develop scalable, reusable UI components for complex, data-heavy interfaces
• Work on real-time and performance-sensitive features where latency and UX matter
• Translate product requirements into robust technical solutions with a strong focus on usability and performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, backend, and data teams
• Participate in architectural decisions and drive frontend best practices
• Continuously improve:

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React in production environments
• Excellent knowledge of:
• JavaScript
• TypeScript
• Solid understanding of:
• HTML
• CSS
• modern frontend architecture
• Proven experience building component-based, scalable frontend systems
• Experience working on consumer-facing products with real users
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• High level of ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with:
• SSR
• performance optimization

• Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems
• Background in fintech, trading platforms, marketplaces, or large-scale B2C products
