Who are we looking for?

  • We’re looking for a Sales Manager who owns deals end-to-end.
  • Not a lead generator. Not a passive account manager.
  • Someone who takes inbound opportunities and drives them all the way to signed contracts
  • If you can take a vague request, structure it, build trust, and close you’re exactly who we need.

What professional skills are important to us?

  • 5+ years in B2B sales (IT services / consulting / software)
  • Proven track record closing $100K+ deals (enterprise-level is a strong plus)
  • Strong client communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in deal structuring, pricing, and negotiations
  • Ability to manage full sales cycle independently
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and translating business needs
  • AI-savvy (using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

Bonus:

  • Experience selling AI / GenAI / Data solutions
  • Additional European language (German, French, Polish)
  • Existing network in relevant industries

What will you do on the project?

You will sit at the center of the entire sales process and:

  • Own opportunities end-to-end
  • Qualify inbound leads Lead discovery calls Turn vague requests into structured deals
  • Drive client communication
  • Build relationships with stakeholders Lead calls, follow-ups, and presentations
  • Keep momentum across complex deal cycles
  • Collaborate with technical teams
  • Work with pre-sales and solution architects
  • Translate client needs into clear inputs
  • Shape proposals that actually make sense
  • Own the commercial side
  • Define pricing and deal structure
  • Lead negotiations (contracts, NDAs, terms)
  • Drive deals to signature
  • Manage pipeline & CRM (HubSpot)
  • Track opportunities and stages
  • Maintain clear, predictable pipeline
  • Re-engage inactive leads
