Who Are We?
We are a fully remote, founder-led infrastructure technology company focused on building the systems that power large-scale, data-driven innovation. Our products run behind the scenes of applications and platforms used globally, supporting millions of users across multiple environments and devices.
Our team is small, senior, fast, and allergic to bureaucracy. We value autonomy, ownership, and the freedom to build at a high level of technical sophistication.
What Do We Do?
We operate a global proxy network, build managed APIs for scraping, and develop AI-powered automation tools for large-scale data collection and processing.
We also build a cross-platform monetization SDK that enables app developers to offer users an alternative payment method: opting in to share small amounts of unused computing resources instead of paying with money or viewing ads. The SDK powers millions of users worldwide across desktop, mobile, and smart TV platforms.
Why Join Us?
- Cutting-edge challenges: build the platform behind a global proxy network, including APIs, dashboards, billing systems, and product surfaces partners use every day.
- Remote-first culture: work when and where you are most productive, with emphasis on strong results and ownership.
- Real impact: your work appears directly in partner dashboards, customer-facing APIs, internal tooling, and billing workflows.
- AI-forward team: we actively use LLMs, agentic coding tools, and modern AI tooling in how we build and what we ship.
- Founder-led and proven: backed by serial entrepreneurs and industry veterans with a track record of multiple venture-backed exits.
Who Works With Us?
- A distributed team of around twenty experienced engineers and product specialists.
- You will work closely with product, infrastructure, SDK, data, and operations teams.
- English is our primary working language, and asynchronous communication is our default.
Why Is There a Vacancy?
We are scaling our customer-facing and internal product surfaces: partner portal, admin dashboards, billing and metering systems, and the APIs that connect them. We are looking for an engineer who can own production systems end-to-end and contribute across backend and frontend where it makes sense.
Who Are We Looking For?
A resourceful engineer with strong backend depth in Go and enough frontend comfort to ship pragmatic React + TypeScript changes when needed. You should enjoy ambiguous product problems, care about reliable systems, and be comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack engineer building production services.
- Solid command of Go, including idiomatic concurrency, testing, and the standard library.
- Experience with React and TypeScript, with willingness to make product-facing frontend changes when needed.
- Strong SQL and PostgreSQL fundamentals: schema design, query performance, migrations, and treating the database as a system of record.
- Experience designing and shipping REST APIs for internal teams or external customers, including versioning, error handling, and developer experience.
- AWS familiarity, including common managed services such as Lambda, RDS, IAM, and S3, plus basic operational hygiene.
- Active user of agentic coding tools or modern AI-assisted engineering workflows.
- Strong written communication and ownership of ambiguous problem spaces.
- Self-directed and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Stripe or other billing/payments providers: subscriptions, webhooks, usage-based pricing, and dunning.
- Experience with multi-tenant systems and RBAC: partner organizations, role hierarchies, and scoped permissions.
- Stronger frontend depth with React + TypeScript and willingness to own features end-to-end.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures or message queues.
- Experience with observability stacks such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or VictoriaMetrics.
- Deeper AWS experience such as ECS, Step Functions, or EventBridge.
- Experience contributing to public APIs: versioning strategies, rate limiting, SDK/client considerations.
- Production on-call experience and incident response practice.
What Will You Do?
- Build and maintain Go backend services powering customer-facing and internal product surfaces: partner portal, admin dashboard, billing, and supporting APIs.
- Design and ship REST APIs for internal consumers and external customers.
- Own features end-to-end, from PostgreSQL schema design and Go implementation to focused frontend changes in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind when appropriate.
- Evolve partner portal and admin tooling as new capabilities ship, including multi-tenant org/user management, usage views, and operations workflows.
- Contribute to billing and metering systems, including usage tracking, invoicing, and payment infrastructure integration.
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, SDK, and data teams to design systems that are reliable, observable, and easy to operate.
What Conditions Do We Offer?
- Full-time remote work from any location.
- Flexible schedule with at least 4 hours of working overlap with GMT+2.
- Competitive compensation plus an equity incentive plan.
- Unlimited vacation and sick days with advance notice.
- Three-month trial period.
- Health insurance reimbursement.
- Reimbursement for remote work equipment and setup.
- A culture that prioritizes engineering excellence and trust over process.
What Is Our Hiring Process?
We aim for a friendly, transparent, and practical process focused on real-world thinking.
- Introductory Call – 30 minutes
- Manager Interview – 30 to 60 minutes
- Technical Interview(s) – 60 to 90 minutes
