Having incubated at the MetLife Digital Accelerator powered by Techstars and Advanced Technology Development Center at Georgia Tech, Safely is growing rapidly each year and is expanding to Europe and Canada in 2024. About the Role

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with the best clients from a wide variety of backgrounds and become an integral part of exciting innovations in insurance technology. You will be directly helping entrepreneurs – both professional property managers and individual homeowners – protect their businesses and homes through the first insurance policy of its kind.

You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by converting inbound leads into satisfied customers. With plenty of guidance, training, and licensing, you will be responsible for effectively communicating Safely’s value proposition to vacation rental property managers and guiding them through the insurance purchasing process.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with small business owners, utilizing your sales expertise to build lasting relationships and contribute to Safely’s success. You will also have some travel opportunities, where you’ll have the chance to meet with clients, attend industry events, and meet our innovative tech partners in person.


  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Engage with prospects to qualify them as a potential customer, understand their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and
    performance metrics.
  • Participate in travel opportunities to meet with clients, attend industry conferences, and represent Safely at events.
  • Follow documented processes and rules of engagement and maintain accurate
    records of sales activities and customer interactions in HubSpot.


  • Proven track record of success in inbound sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to work full-time in-office for the first 3 months, then shift to a hybrid model.
  • Must be located near Atlanta, Ga.
  • Must obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license within the first 3 months of employment to be eligible for commission (Safely will cover licensing costs).
