Job Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be key to Safely’s growth strategy by qualifying prospective customers and scheduling demos. Customer engagement will be managed through outbound calls, chats, contact forms, and various other outreach.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, with strong communication skills, organized, and reliable. Experience with CRM systems, building prospect lists, and reaching targets through outbound calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify prospective customers for the sales team.
  • Schedule demos with prospects.
  • Manage customer engagement through outbound calls, chats, contact forms, and inbound calling.
  • Build prospect lists from an existing database.
  • Reach high-level targets through outbound calling, outbound emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Work within a CRM system to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Contribute to refining a strategic, data-driven, and tech-enabled outreach system.
  • Collaborate with a fast-moving, transparent, and value-driven team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales.
  • Building Prospect Lists within a CRM System
  • Ability to quickly connect with prospects over the phone and set demos
  • High Efficiency and Volume Output
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • On-Site: Atlanta, Georgia

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Vacation Rental industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Hubspot.
  • Insurance producer license is a plus.
