What you’ll do

• Provide a memorable customer experience by interacting with SkyWatch Insurance existing clients and potential prospects
• Reach out to potential clients who showed interest by phone/email, provide quotes, and bind coverage.
• Engage in proactive policy retention strategies
• Maintain and improve an internal knowledge base and workflows
• Work closely with the R&D and Product teams to solve client issues and share customer insights

Requirements

• 3+ years of P&C insurance experience
• Aviation insurance experience is a strong advantage
• Customer obsession and sales mindset
• Great communication skills
• Technology-oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• P&C insurance license.
