What are we looking for?

SkyWatch is looking for a motivated Aviation Insurance Associate who is passionate about aviation and interested in building a career in aviation insurance. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to work at the intersection of aviation, technology, and insurance.

You will work closely with our sales and product teams to help pilots and aircraft owners obtain insurance coverage while learning the aviation insurance market from experienced professionals.

What you’ll do

• Communicate with pilots and aircraft owners interested in insurance coverage
• Assist customers through the quoting and policy purchase process
• Support customer retention and relationship management
• Learn aviation insurance products and underwriting basics
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the customer experience
• Help maintain internal knowledge bases and operational workflows

• Interest in aviation (aviation studies background is a strong plus)

This role can grow into a licensed Aviation Insurance Specialist position, with support to obtain a P&C insurance license.
