We are a small and agile startup accelerated by Techstars, the most active pre-seed accelerator in the world (1% acceptance rate). We just closed a pre-seed funding round of 450k euros and we already serve more than 10 large customers.

Founding Team

• Giorgio Barnabò (CEO/CSO): Ph.D. in AI, strong academic background in Statistics and Finance, former research scientist at Amazon Alexa.
• Leonardo Martini (COO): Ph.D. in Data Science, solid academic background in Maths and Computer Science, former researcher at Harvard.
• Tullio Persiani (CPO): 5+ years of design and marketing experience, former Design teacher at the Sapienza University of Rome.
• Simone Silvestri (CTO): Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience in microservices architecture development.
• Songle Jin (Founding Engineer): M.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering with 5+ years of working experience, including The Fork.

• Rapidly implementing the latest state-of-the-art methods from the deep learning literature
• Relentlessly innovate SylloTips AI pipelines and features in order to get us closer to our end goal

Required Experience

• M.Sc. in artificial intelligence, computer science, data science, physics, mathematics or related fields
• 5+ years of working experience in building and deploying artificial intelligence systems
• Proven experience of fine-tuning and deploying multilingual large language models
• Extensive knowledge of deep learning architectures
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both oral and written

Plus

• Ph.D. in artificial intelligence, computer science, data science, physics, mathematics or related fields
• Published articles in top CS, IR, ML, NLP and AI conferences (ICLR, ICML, NeurIPS, AAAI, IJCAI, CVPR, ECCV, ACL, EMNLP, etc)
• Experience building and managing microservice architectures in Kubernetes for serving AI models in production

What We Offer

• Annual Salary Range: 60k - 100k EUR
