Role Overview

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Growth Marketer to own the demand generation strategy and drive pipeline growth in our B2B AI SaaS market. You’ll be responsible for shaping go-to-market strategies, developing multi-channel campaigns, producing compelling marketing collateral, overseeing performance marketing, and orchestrating events.
By leveraging our existing success stories and case studies from leading enterprise clients—and nurturing our relationships with trade associations—you’ll position SylloTips at the forefront of AI-driven innovation. You will coordinate marketing efforts in-house, but you’ll also have the autonomy to outsource select projects (e.g., creative, paid ads, or events) to external agencies or freelancers, ensuring we leverage the best resources to achieve our growth objectives.
You’ll work hand in hand with our Account Executives and Customer Success teams to create an integrated marketing-sales cycle that effectively generates leads, nurtures prospects, and moves them through the funnel to close.

Key Responsabilities

Demand Generation & Campaign Management
Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (online ads, email, social, events) to drive pipeline growth, brand awareness, and engagement.
Leverage existing customer success stories and case studies to craft impactful campaigns highlighting our AI solutions.
Collaborate with trade associations to broaden market reach and establish SylloTips’ thought leadership.
Content & Collateral Creation
Produce sales decks, landing pages, case studies, and other marketing materials to support lead generation and sales enablement.
Update and refine case studies with fresh data and new success stories.
Manage both internal and external resources (e.g., agencies, freelancers) to deliver high-quality marketing content on time and within budget.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
Manage PPC, display, and retargeting campaigns; track key metrics (CAC, CTR, conversion rates) to optimize spend and performance.
Report on performance metrics, draw insights from campaign data, and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with external digital marketing agencies when needed for specialized tasks.
Marketing Funnel Ownership
Own the end-to-end lead generation funnel, from initial audience targeting through MQL/SQL handoff to the sales team, iterating based on performance data.
Use CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture prospects, improve conversions, and accelerate the sales cycle.
Events, Press Relations & Association Partnerships
Plan and execute webinars, trade shows, and media outreach to strengthen brand recognition and generate qualified leads.
Maintain and expand relationships with industry trade associations to facilitate co-marketing opportunities, specialized events, and broader brand exposure.
Competitor Analysis & Market Insights
Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to identify market trends, positioning strategies, and potential gaps for differentiation.
Provide actionable insights on competitor activity, market developments, and emerging threats or opportunities to guide overall marketing strategy and product positioning.
Personal Branding & Thought Leadership
Craft and manage compelling LinkedIn and social media content for the company key figures (CEO, CTO, CPO…), amplifying their expertise in AI, data science, and engineering.
Ghostwrite articles, op-eds, and conference submissions that showcase founders’ insights and position SylloTips as an industry authority.
Secure podcast guest spots, panel discussions, and speaking engagements for the founders to increase visibility and drive top-of-funnel interest.
Coordinate with design and video resources to produce short-form video, webinar snippets, and visual assets highlighting the founders’ perspectives.
Track personal-brand engagement metrics (follower growth, post reach, share of voice) and iterate content strategy for maximum impact.
Collaboration & Feedback
Work closely with product, sales, and customer success to align marketing efforts with product capabilities and client needs.
Provide ongoing feedback for product improvements based on market responses and client interactions.

Required Experience and Skills

Master’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years in a growth marketing, demand generation, or similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven track record creating and scaling demand generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
Strong command of marketing analytics, including Google Analytics and CRM/marketing automation integrations
Fluency in Italian and strong English skills; French or Spanish is a plus
Ability to produce marketing assets (sales decks, landing pages, etc.) and iterate based on performance data
Experience coordinating external resources (e.g., agencies, contractors) to deliver high-impact campaigns

Experience marketing AI or data-centric products
Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, or other marketing automation tools
Startup experience and comfort in a fast-paced, agile environment
Existing relationships with relevant trade associations in the tech or AI sector

Interview Process

Discovery Interview (30 min): conversation about your background and past experiences.
Mock Campaign Planning (45 min): Present a growth campaign plan for an AI SaaS B2B solution targeting enterprises, focusing on demand generation strategies.
Technical Interview (45 min): Deeper dive into your analytics, content and performance marketing, and relevant tool expertise.
Behavioral Interview (45 min): Based on SylloTips’ core tenets, following the STAR model.

What We Offer

Employment type: full‑time, permanent
Compensation package:
Base annual gross salary: 45k-60k EUR
Bonus based on company revenues growth

85% Remote Work (from the EU): Join us in Rome around ten times a year for three-day on-site sessions.
