The role involves designing autonomous agent frameworks, advancing LLM capabilities, and scaling collaborative multi-agent systems. Experience with, NLP pipelines, Hugging Face libraries and models, vector databases, training techniques are welcomed.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement design autonomous AI agents and multi-agent architectures for collaborative problem-solving.
Advance LLM capabilities (e.g., fine-tuning, prompt engineering, ethical alignment) for domain-specific applications.
Develop scalable systems for agent-to-agent (A2A) communication and MCP-based protocols to enable distributed decision-making.
Optimize AI model performance through distributed training, quantization, and GPU resource management.
Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy AI/ML microservices in Kubernetes environments.
Research and prototype reinforcement learning (RL) and NLP pipelines using PyTorch, Hugging Face, or TensorFlow.

Required Experience and Skills

PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Mathematics, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML research, with a focus on LLMs, multi-agent systems, or autonomous agents.
Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow;
Proven track record in using Langgraph or LLM-based systems in production environments.
Strong understanding of vector databases, RL frameworks, and NLP toolkits (e.g., spaCy, Hugging Face).
Exceptional English communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to publish research or collaborate on whitepapers.
Plus
Experience with MCP/A2A protocols or decentralized agent coordination.
Distributed training frameworks (e.g., Ray), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
