About SylloTips [Syllotips Homepage]

Imagine AI Agents that continuously learn from a company’s top employees.
At Syllotips we build an Agentic platform that queries, enriches, and maintains complex enterprise Knowledge Bases. Our Agents are orchestrated to retrieve contents, extract insights from conversations with users, build new documents, find knowledge gaps, and detect conflicts.
In doing this we transform undocumented expertise into dynamic, ever-adapting AI, bridging the gap between human know-how and enterprise systems.
Our distinctive feature is a true human-in-the-loop approach, escalating requests to company experts whenever human intervention is needed.

Our Story

SylloTips is one of the most the most promising AI startups in Europe.
Founded in Rome in 2023, we’ve been accelerated by Techstars and we have been part of Harvard Innovation Labs (finalists in the President’s Innovation Challenge).
Thanks of our unique human-in-the-loop approach we quickly gained the trust of high-profile customers in highly sensitive fields, including telecommunication, insurance and financial services.
In late 2025 we closed a 4M seed round, securing our growth for years to come. Our board includes tech leaders such as …
We are now expanding our team, with the goal launching SylloTips worldwide.

Who we are

We are humble. We are no-ego folks, really - we know all too well that if you are the smartest person in the room you are probably just in the wrong room. We are open-minded, always ready to learn something new and to question ourselves.
We are passionate. We are determined to make a difference and to create something awesome. We care deeply about the quality of our work, and we push for excellence.
We are hardworking. We take real ownership of what we build, and when something matters, we focus, follow through, and don’t cut corners.
We welcome and encourage diversity. We all come from different backgrounds, bringing our own perspective and ideals. We are aware that this makes us stronger, not weaker.
We are forgiving. We will not blame individuals for shortcomings - instead, we will try to understand how to fix the problem, and how to prevent it from reoccurring in the future. We work hard to ensure a safe workspace, where everyone feels free to express their opinions.
