About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to own and grow relationships with enterprise customers in Europe. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 5-8 enterprise customers (and their suppliers) and work closely with their procurement, sustainability, and product teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
You will own customer relationships end-to-end and lead structured onboarding and pilot projects, ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes using our platform, and serve as the primary interface between customers and our internal product and engineering teams.
This role combines customer ownership, structured project execution, and commercial awareness in a fast-moving startup environment. Within 6 months, you will independently manage customer onboarding, drive adoption, and identify expansion opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
Customer ownership
- Serve as primary point of contact for enterprise customers
- Build relationships with procurement, sustainability, and product teams
- Manage communication, expectations, and customer success
Onboarding and implementation
- Lead structured onboarding and pilot projects
- Define timelines, milestones, and success criteria
- Ensure timely and successful deployment
Driving adoption and value
- Ensure customers actively use the platform and achieve outcomes
- Identify and resolve adoption barriers
- Support customers in achieving supply chain transparency and decarb goals
Product feedback and expansion
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to product team
- Identify and support expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Help improve onboarding and customer success processes
About You
Required skills and experiences
- Experience managing enterprise customers in SaaS or consulting
- Experience onboarding customers or delivering structured client projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong structured thinking and analytical skills
- Strong ownership and execution mindset
Preferred but not required
- Experience in Customer Success or Implementation at enterprise SaaS company
- Experience working with manufacturing, supply chain, or sustainability customers
- Experience in startup environments
We are open to hiring at different seniority levels depending on candidate strength.

- Base salary: €70,000–€85,000 plus equity
