Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and ensure administrative efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office operations
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documentation
- Maintain office records, files, and inventory
- Support onboarding and staff administrative needs
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers
- Ensure smooth communication within teams and departments
- Handle basic procurement and office logistics
- Provide general administrative support to management
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
- Demonstrate accountability and professionalism in daily responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and evolving priorities
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
