We offer verified device grading, warranty coverage, and Veend Pay Later, with devices shipped directly from the United States in approximately 14–30 days. Customers complete their purchases through our WordPress-powered online store using Veend's secure checkout.

The Role

We're looking for a Launch & Growth Lead to own the day-to-day success of the store—from operations to customer conversion and digital growth.

Your primary goal is simple:

• Sell 20 phones within your first 30 days
• Scale to 100 phone sales by Day 90

This is not a field sales role. All customer purchases happen through our website checkout—no off-platform cash collections or marketplace-only selling.

What You'll Do

Store Operations (approximately 45%)

• Manage the WooCommerce product catalog
• Update stock availability and product listings
• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and email
• Coordinate order tracking and delivery updates
• Process returns and customer support requests

Growth & Marketing (approximately 40%)

• Drive sales through Veend's in-app channels alongside the Marketing team
• Improve search visibility through content
• Grow Instagram and Facebook performance
• Support conversion-focused campaigns across digital channels

Paid Advertising

Once website checkout performance is validated, you'll:

• Launch and optimize small Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Work within approved budgets
• Track performance and improve return on ad spend

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of professional experience in Nigeria
• At least 2 years working with an online store (e-commerce)
• Experience with WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms
• Experience moving customers from WhatsApp to website checkout
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for an online store
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable working Lagos hours with overlap during US business hours

NB: You will focus exclusively on growing getusedphones.com and its online sales operations.

Compensation

• Net monthly salary: ₦175,500 – ₦342,225
• Fixed salary only
• No commissions or performance bonuses during the pilot phase
