What’s The Opportunity?

We're looking for a motivated Sales Enablement Intern to support (well… enable I guess) our sales efforts, particularly through outbound email campaigns.

We already have a robust sales-driven growth engine, so you'll be learning and helping improve a working system rather than starting something from scratch. That said, once you've got the lay of the land, we're always open to other growth ideas!

This role offers hands-on experience with sales processes and tools, perfect for those interested in sales, growth, revenue operations, or entrepreneurship. You will be required to work at least part of the time from our shared offices in Ralston, Nebraska (South of 72nd and I-80 in Omaha). We feel the best opportunity to learn from our senior team is by spending in-person time working together.

What You’ll be Responsible For:

  • Personalized Outbound Emails: Send personalized outbound emails at scale.
  • Email Automation: Learn and implement outbound email automation strategies.
  • Email Management: Manage email replies, directing interested responses to the sales team and providing free resources to uninterested contacts.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on email copy to optimize engagement.
  • CRM Management: Update and manage CRM records, including case studies, personalization tokens, and product descriptions.
  • Data Analytics and Assessment: Analyze email deliverability factors and suggest improvements.
  • Leveraging AI Tools: Leverage AI tools for copywriting, data analysis, scaling personalization, and identifying new opportunities to leverage these tools.
  • Sales Support: Assist with managing the sales team's follow-up tasks, learning their processes, and ensuring accountability.

⭐️ Bonus Skills: You can really set yourself apart with the following experience, but we fully expect to teach you many of these skills:

  • Familiarity with any CRM (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Analytical abilities to assess and improve processes.
  • Professional yet friendly and casual email communication skills.
  • Ability to follow and improve processes.
  • Interest in systems and process optimization.
  • Familiarity or interest in AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and others.
