Position Description

We are actively seeking a Business Development / Customer Success Specialist with a knack for forging strong customer relationships, especially within government sectors. If you have a proven track record in proposal writing, trade show participation, and meticulous customer follow-ups, we'd like to meet you. Your role will be instrumental in supporting our existing and future customers.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals tailored to our prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and our offerings.

  • Government Liaisons: Build and maintain robust relationships with government customers, understanding their unique requirements and ensuring our solutions are in sync.

  • Trade Show Participation: Represent WingXpand at trade shows, showcasing our innovations and engaging potential customers in defense and enterprise markets.

  • Customer Follow-ups: Engage with existing and potential clients, ensuring they are updated on our latest developments and addressing any queries or concerns.

  • Flight Test Demonstrations: Support and coordinate flight test demo activities, ensuring smooth operations and positive customer engagement.

 Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or a related role.

  • Proven ability in proposal writing, especially for government customers.

  • Experience engaging with government clients and understanding their specific requirements.

  • Strong track record in trade show participation and management.

  • Ability to manage customer follow-ups diligently and effectively.

  • Experience supporting flight test demo activities is a plus.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Prior background in UAVs/drones and U.S. DoD is preferred.
