Position Description

The Staffer will be instrumental in helping our team scale effectively as we continue to grow. This person will work closely with our leadership team, helping manage day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, project plans and keeping our organizational procedures running smoothly. This is a role that requires a blend of creative problem-solving, detail-orientation, and a willingness to take initiative. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, is ready to step up to solve problems, and is passionate about digital management and administrative tasks.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: High-level support to leadership team, manage complex calendars, meetings, conferences, occasional errands, and travel arrangements. Assist with the preparation of presentation materials and reports. Preserve confidentiality in all business matters.

  • Social Media Content Creation and Management: Create and edit visual content for marketing materials, presentations, and social media. Assist in the design of internal documentation such as guides, training materials, and newsletters. Adhere to brand guidelines and assist in the development and distribution of press releases.

  • Project Management Support: Track project timelines, facilitate communication between team members, and update task status in online management tool. Support the ordering of required supplies to meet project deadlines and provide summary to leadership.

  • Customer Relationship Support: Track customer leads and follow ups in CRM and route strategic touch-points to appropriate team member.

  • Invoicing and Bookkeeping: Assist with processing payments, invoices, and filing receipts as needed.

 Qualifications:

  • Competency in social media management and web content modification.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Passionate about thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft SharePoint, CRM, and other project management tools.
